Party Camel…decor

When I first moved to Dubai I remember thinking that it needed more places to purchase unique and trendy items and I am pleased to say this is definitely beginning to happen.  The creative scene in Dubai is certainly taking on a whole new shape and form.  Throwing stylish parties with trendy decor is no longer a challenge.  With Party Camel you can dream up just about any theme and they will almost certainly have what you are looking for.  I love how their products can be used and adapted to suit different themes or they can be used to add a pop of colour to a dessert table, photo booth or party pack.

Why you love what you do…

I love throwing a party and all the finer details that make any party a “wow” party, and being surrounded by all these gorgeous party products makes me happy. I feel lucky to be able to do what I love, and help make a happy event happier is a dream come true 🙂

One party item you would not do without out…

It has to be confetti!   You can sprinkle just about anything with confetti, you can fill it in balloons, and you can throw it. Confetti is magic.

Why you love Dubai…

Dubai is such a melting pot of cultures and you get to meet so many different people.  Bringing my children up in a truly multi-cultural society is a blessing.  The added bonus is the all year round sunshine, we often go back to the rain, the snow but I’m always happy to come back “home” to Dubai and to sunshine.

Your favourite place to go for a relaxing cup of tea…

At the moment I’m more of a coffee person, (I find it helps keep me awake 😉 and I love hanging out at Reform Dubai, letting the kids run wild and enjoying my morning coffee on a weekend is a real treat.

Your favourite holiday destination…

It would really be hard for me to choose one, we love to travel as a family and we love to explore as many wonderful places as we can. In the summer you will find us hanging out in Europe, Easter break is usually Asia and we try to travel 3-4 times a year and find remote holiday destinations.  Our goal is to travel to 100 countries and we are almost there!
