Desert styled couple shoot…

Do you remember the competition we ran a while ago, for one lucky couple to win a styled shoot with Jo Cole Photography and `I am captivated`?  Well here it is and we LOVE how the images have turned out!  It makes things very easy when you get to work with a couple who are super excited about the shoot and who appreciated all the details and thought that went into putting the shoot together.  You can see by the images just how relaxed and comfortable Aisha and Imran are with each.  Imran is a complete gentleman and Aisha was just so delighted to have been given the opportunity to have creative and fun photographs captured.

The set up was a surprise and the beautiful flowers and yummy cake pops added a special, personal touch.  Aisha had given me a brief that they liked the colours red, black and white and that they wanted something relaxed while reflecting their love for each other (and that they both had a sweet tooth).   I took it from there and thanks to the stunning weather (although there had been one serious sand storm that morning out in the desert) we now have beautiful images to show you.

A word from the lovely couple:

“A day of bliss- where I got to relive the magic again, just like my wedding day- all thanks to Carolyn and Jo. The photoshoot experience was an amazing experience for Imran and I… You chose an amazing location and guided us so well with what colors to wear… We were so nervous but you and Jo made it very comfortable for us.. You put so much effort into every little detail- from props( the little tent, flowers, vases, blankets), to the colour theme.. Coming from an indian background you and Jo understood exactly the kind of photos and poses that would look good.. Subtle yet so romantic….We can’t thank you enough .. It was a dream come true for me because I always wanted to experience how a photoshoot was like.. And what better way to have it come true:) we truly are captivated and so thankful to you and Jo…
The cake pops were so delicious by the way and the flowers are so lovely …
Thank you so much for the amazing experience….”
